Just to let everyone know I will be carrying the Olympic Torch on Wednesday 13th June at 10.05 am. The torch is on it’s way from St.Andrews to Edinburgh on that day and my 300 meters will be at Bridge of Allan on Henderson Street (A9) near Graham Street to Fountain road.
Can I just take this opportunity to thank everyone involved with Fife Synchronised Swimming Club for their support during the time I was unwell.
It is their fault now that I have to run (walk actually), holding a heavy weight (1.5 kg ! ) wearing a white shell suit (it’s really quite comfy) and try to keep my cool !
This Friday 8th June at 11.10 am I will be on the BBC Radio Scotland MacAulay and Co. programme so listen in if you can.
